The BHS Builder Program is designed for contractors, businesses, and organizations seeking professional-level support, pricing, and services from BHS.

• Applicants must be a verified business, contractor, or organization
• A complete application must be submitted via website, email, or in-store
• BHS reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion

• Annual membership fee: $300 per year
• Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval
• Fees are non-refundable once approved

Benefits may include:

• Business-focused support and service
• Access to bulk or contractor-level purchasing
• Priority assistance from BHS staff
• Eligibility for shipping services

All benefits are subject to change at any time.

• Shipping is available to BHS Builder members
• Shipping is not free; all shipping costs must be paid by the member
• Shipping rates and availability are determined by BHS

• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate business information
• Any misuse of the account or benefits may result in termination

Members agree to:

• Use the program for legitimate business purposes only
• Not misuse pricing, services, or benefits

BHS reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• Program terms are violated
• Abuse of benefits is detected

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

BHS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the BHS Builder Program, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice.

BHS is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program.
